Once your bid is accepted, the seller may make some changes to your offer and propose a counter-offer. It belongs to both parties to find common ground to a final acceptance.

The house is considered sold when the offer is accepted and signed by both parties.

To make the transaction official, you must send the offer to your notary who will prepare the acts corresponding to the transfer of ownership.
